Terms & Conditions

We take great lengths to ensure that the everyday flower orders (wrapped bouquets or vase arrangements) we send out, is also something we would be pleased to receive,
and that it is safely delivered.
It is very important to us that our customers are happy with the work we take pride in.



Availability and substitution

Our selection of fresh flowers varies every day due to season, occasion, and
inspiration, and so will your order. What you receive will be different from the
pictures on our product pages, as even the same flowers in the same colour will
have peculiarities in shade and tone. Such is the virtue of nature! All pictures
displayed are only for reference to the colour theme and style. 


We hesitate to promise doing exact bouquet reproductions to allow for creative
freedom, and to expose ourselves to working with new flower varieties.


Should any of the flowers or colours mentioned be unavailable due to seasonal differences,
shipment delays, or other supply obstacles, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable
material at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you. 

 

Price and payment

All prices (flowers, related goods, delivery, etc) listed on our website are quoted in
Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of the prevailing GST. These prices are subject
to change without prior notice or obligations to you.


Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.


Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation of order has to be made 3 days before the delivery date and full payment will
be refunded. For orders that are cancelled less than 3 working days before the delivery
date, 50% of the product costs will be charged as the flowers are usually sourced from other
countries 3-7 days in advance.



Delivery Failure or Damaged Flowers

Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a re-delivery on the next available
delivery date if the recipient fails to receive any flowers, or receives damaged flowers. If
flowers have been damaged, WildSen will usually ask for photographs to support the claim
and damage/problem.
Please inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt for us to resolve it efficiently for you.


Additionally, WildSen reserves the right not to resend flowers and to refuse to take orders
from customers if we think there has been an abuse of our policies. If we do end up with
such a decision, we will inform the customer of our decision via email, Whatsapp or call.

 

Delivery Details

It is very important to ensure that that you ensure that the recipient’s address you provide
is accurate, and that you give us additional instructions to assist our drivers to locate
difficult to find addresses. Please contact us immediately via Whatsapp (+65 90702860) if
you realised you have made a mistake when providing us with the address.
Redelivery charges apply.


Timing of Deliveries

We undertake to deliver between 10:00am and 5:00pm. During extremely busy periods,
such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we reserve the right to extend our
delivery window to delivery from 7:00am to 11:00pm in order to guarantee that all orders
will be delivered on the day requested. Delivery fees are susceptible to surcharges during
peak period as well.
